Due to growth and increased demand across our Group Marketing function, we have the immediate need to hire a Graphic Designer to join our Head Office team. Working as part of a small, but highly impactful Marketing Team you will bring graphic design skill and creativity to all we do, having a keen eye for detail and natural creative flair. Working with the Senior Designer, you will be integral to our design team, taking ownership of some of the smaller projects.

Responsibilities will include:

• Design and production of assets across various social media channels and websites for brands within the K3 Capital Group of companies
• Creating promotional material for various aspects of the business such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements, interpreting and developing briefs into design solutions that set us apart from our competitors
• Working underneath the Senior Graphic Designer and liaising with colleagues across the direct and digital marketing department to ensure consistent branding across all channels is displayed to clients and stakeholders, both external and internal
• Assisting in the development of both new and existing brands across the Group
• Delivering high quality UI designs as we look to develop several websites across our Group

Desired skills & qualifications:

• A minimum of two years’ experience within a graphic design role
• Excellent knowledge across the Adobe creative Cloud suite of programs (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator are particularly essential)
• A passion and a flair for creative design with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work to a high level both independently and in collaboration with colleagues across various departments and brands
• Being able to work to realistic deadlines is essential, often across multiple projects at any one time
• Experience of working within the professional services industry would be advantageous but not essential
