Title: Graphic Designer (Digital and Print)

Job Purpose
Set brand standards, ensure they are adhered to in every aspect of our business from online to stores and with our internal and external customers and clients.
Making and designing all content internal and external meet the brand guidelines. Support with internal material design for presentations.
Never allowing the website to be out of date or off brand.
Responsibilities
- Design artworks for store re-fit (to improve stores and messaging)
- Changing POS or any printed artwork in store
- Creation of new images for landing pages and blog pages
- Website creation and design of new and more complex mock-ups to give to the developer
- Email marketing, active campaign: Creation of new email graphics
- Creation of posts (commercial and non) to be published on social media
- Creation of content for LinkedIn/Social posts
- Editing internal video
- Produce the Company newsletters
- Create internal graphics/presentations
Essential experience
- design graphics, set images for print, understand materials and finishings
- able to design icons and understanding of how UX Ui works for desktop and mobile
- high skills in UX UI and the software required. Able to present live mock-ups
- able to do gifs (so video skills)
- able to create video and static graphics that work on social and work experience in social media images formatting and best practice
- someone able to create video and static graphics that work on LinkedIn
- able to use illustrator and crate icons
- able to design graphics
Expectations
- Excellent Technically with InDesign, photoshop illustrator
- Creative individual
- Comfortable using XD or Figma
- Able to create premiere and aftereffects for things such as video, presentations etc
- Competent in powerpoint designs
