Our Marketing Team: Roles & Responsibilities
MARKETING ADMIN EXECUTIVE - OFFLINE & ONLINE
POSITION:
Full time Position
Works under the direction of the Category Manager to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives
Understands the goals of the customers who they are working for and offers suggestions to grow their business
BASIC TASKS:
Enters data into spreadsheets for range creation and maintenance.
Organises and plans the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with graphic designers, printers and other involved parties
Provides fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of printed or online content or other promotional materials
Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets
Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps managers and directors develop marketing plans
Assists in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, marketing copy, etc.
Helps maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service skills
Brief and maintain imagery requirements with internal departments. Rename files and share with key customers. Maintains internal image library for all internal partners to access.
Helps to plan promotional events/exhibitions/training hosted by the company's marketing department
Organising and hosting presentations and customer visits. Maintaining a desirable Marketing Studio space.
Create and maintain QR codes for all customers online/offline
