We are currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and help us showcase our offering through compelling collateral for a range of requirements, including promotional material, and customer engagement content.
Job Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in impacting people’s first impressions of our offering and services, through our signature co-branding style which represents how we partner with our clients. You will work closely with the Client Services team to create visually stunning and engaging marketing materials that communicates Fuel’s value proposition and offerings effectively.
Key Responsibilities include:
Design and Create Marketing Collateral:
· Conceptualise and design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, banners, social media graphics, email templates, and more
· Produce ideas and concept designs from briefs, working with the Client Services Team to develop text, images, and multimedia elements into marketing materials
· Use your design and copywriting skills to convey key messages through engaging and professional text, and visually appealing, easily understandable visualisation
· Create marketing materials for various channels and platforms, adapting designs as needed for print, web, social media, and other marketing channels
Brand design and consistency:
· Ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with Fuel and our client partner’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in colors, fonts, and visual elements.
· Stay Updated with design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing materials remain fresh and effective
Digital presence:
· Responsibility for the upkeep of the Fuel website, ensuring that our web presence is engaging, eye catching and up to date
· Create a social media presence that is engaging and will increase our footfall on FB, LinkedIn and Instagram
Essential experience and skills:
· Proven experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing your work
· Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
· Experience in website build and design
· Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
· Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
· Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
· Knowledge of marketing principles and an understanding of how design impacts marketing success
