We are seeking an experienced Digital/Graphic Designer to work within Forgeway team to develop design concepts and use up to date software to produce artwork for the website, brochure print and packaging. You will understand graphic design concepts and best practices and have a high knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite products such as Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and have a passion for graphics, and all things creative! We want someone who understands our brand and can help drive it forward.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and producing visually compelling graphics for a range of marketing and promotional materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, and printed materials
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience
- Ensuring all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and reflect the highest standards of design quality and professionalism
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and technology, and applying this knowledge to your work
Requirements:
- Degree in graphic design or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent creative skills able to take ideas and turn them into quality pieces of work
- Excellent time management and planning skills
Job Description:
- Full-time in our Exeter office (Working from Home flexibility where appropriate)
- 8:00 - 4:30
- Work closely with the marketing team of 3; Marketing Manager, Videographer, Web developer/Graphic Designer.
- Work with a world-class marketing agency on marketing strategy and theory
- Work with the wider sales and customer service team on one-off projects helping to get customers over the line
