What's the role?
We’re looking for an experienced graphic designer to come and make their mark on eurochange, helping to supercharge our brand identity with refreshing and informative graphics to display online and across our network of branches.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for generating all the print and digital assets as well as managing the printing and delivery to all eurochange branches.
You will be responsible for the crafting of all the supporting visual materials for campaigns and promotions across digital platforms and in branches throughout the UK.
The Graphic Design role provides the opportunity to make a measurable difference by collaborating with multiple departments and shareholders to develop, own and manage the visual brand of the business across all print and digital assets.
We’re a newly formed digital team, with a fresh direction and clear strategy for the next 3 years and beyond to evolve our customer experience online and in-branch. This starts with the digital team and the experience we provide to our customers, so your role as Graphic Designer will be core to the mission of helping us shout about our excellent service!
About you
The successful candidate will be an outstanding Graphic Designer, with fresh new approaches and a can-do attitude! You will have a strong understanding of PR and marketing, with a keen interest in developing skills in media relations.
You will be a self-starter, able to work autonomously and on your own initiative. You’ll already be a talented designer, comfortable with digital and print and getting stuck in to lead change from the front. You’ll thrive on crafting enchanting visuals for every customer or explorer, and maybe star in the odd TikTok or two…
How you’ll support our mission…
As Graphic Designer, you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission to create moments that matter for each and every customer or explorer… and helping us look good while we do it.
Digital Design
● Generation of all online promotional assets, such as plasma screens, emails and shopping centre visuals
● Support our third parties with required mock-ups of digital assets such as rebranded website pages and new partnership pitches
● Design of all new web pages for eurochange and white label partners, supporting with concepts to alleviate customer friction points, helping us to supercharge our customer’s experience
Branch Design & Management
● The design brand guidelines document is yours to own, refresh and reshape
● Generation of all branch print assets, such as leaflets, wallets, posters, stickers and promotional materials.
● Work closely with our print team to raise new requests, using environmentally friendly materials wherever possible
● Have fun with merchandise, from children’s and staff packs to pens and posters, we want you to push the boundaries and inject some fun!
Department Support
● Generation of pitch document and wider campaign visuals and presentations
● Support with graphics requests from other departments such as training materials and graphics for our employee hub… because teamwork makes the dream work
The stand-out experience and skills we're looking for...
● Proven experience:
○ Designing print and digital promotional materials
○ Generating web designs, icons and graphics for web pages
○ Working with and developing brand guidelines
○ Working with graphic design tools such as Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)
● A self-starter, able to work autonomously and on own initiative to provide maximum benefit to both the customer and the eurochange business.
● Exemplary organisational skills and strong attention to detail
● Ability to build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and third parties
● Ability to work effectively under pressure, while managing various projects, concurrently.

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
