Seven League is a fast-growing digital sports agency. The company was founded in 2011 and has since grown to over 50 full-time staff with additional associates in 14 European countries. Seven League is part of the Endeavor Group which is a global sports business and includes companies such as IMG, UFC and 160/90.
We have a wide range of clients, national and international, reaching all sectors of the sports business including the NFL, FIFA, Spurs, LCFC, the NBA, the NHL, Sport England and England Netball.
What You'll Do:
We are looking for a passionate, talented, and creative Graphic Designer. The role includes working with a wide range of clients, as well as on internal briefs, and collaborating with the Senior Designer and Account Managers to conceive and design digital campaigns.
The candidate should have strong sense of design, good presentation skills, great attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a drive to develop. They should be aware of current design trends and be able to offer innovative ideas.
They easily excel at the normal tools of the trade such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint and use them in a variety of different ways throughout their day. Their responsibilities will change daily keeping variety in their workflow.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Ideate and develop concepts in collaboration with the Senior Designer and account managers, meeting the brief that has been outlined.
  • Support the Senior Designer with the development of rights holder creatives, which include hygiene graphics, digital campaigns, and branding.
  • Produce engaging designs, graphic elements, assets, and visual treatments.
  • Work with the Senior Designer and Account Managers to ensure all briefs are clear, concise, and aligned, ensuring reasonable timelines are set and output is delivered on time.
  • Work with the Senior Designer to develop leading industry approach across all digital platforms.
  • Good communication with project stakeholders is key.
  • Other duties that are within the scope of the role may be required
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
  • A general understanding and an interest in the sports industry.
  • Qualifications in Design or equivalent experience.
  • Good years of work experience in a similar role.
  • A grasp of practical knowledge in design including presentations, layout, branding, typography, logo design and infographics.
  • Advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. After Effect and PowerPoint as a plus.
  • The ability to work with templates and style guides that will deliver high-quality creative assets.
  • A background that demonstrates an ability to experiment, develop and resolve authentic creative outputs.
  • The ability to communicate ideas clearly (both visually and verbally) with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management skills especially when it comes to working towards conflicting deadlines.
  • Confidence and curiosity to initiate design ideas, communicate clearly and ask questions.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring the maintenance of high-quality standards.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative to drive creative thinking.
  • The ability to collaborate and work both independently and alongside team members.
  • An open-minded and receptive approach to feedback.

Working Conditions
  • This is a permanent position.
  • Working hours are 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
  • May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
  • Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
  • Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
