Designer
Diva is looking for a full-time Designer to join our growing in-house creative team.
We’re looking for someone who has strong design skills, can tell great stories through a visual medium with expertise in brand development, social media content and layout design. You’ll be ambitious, keen to work collaboratively with a team of creatives and committed to developing your design skills and professional experience.

The Role
You will be part of a team of creatives who produce creative visual design that increases engagement, articulates campaign narratives and creates compelling content.
You will also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines. You will have a strong design based portfolio and some work experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating engaging and eye-catching design.
- Developing brand identities, creative campaigns and social media content.
- Designing for social media, print, direct mail, stakeholder communications, exhibitions and other marketing materials while following brand guidelines
- Participating in briefing sessions and studio discussions
- Preparing artwork for print and digital platforms
- Liaising with suppliers e.g. printers, out-of-home advertising agencies etc
Skills and experience
- Junior to Middleweight Designer
- Minimum two years industry experience would be an advantage
- Strong contemporary portfolio that demonstrates a keen understanding of meeting a client’s brief
- Self-motivation and a passion to develop as a designer
- A genuine interest in creating work that challenges attitudes, changes minds and makes a difference
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Creativity, confidence and enthusiasm

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
