Placed within Creative Services team at Computacenter we are now looking for a Graphic Designer to join us. So, who are we?

You will be part of the Creative Services team of designers, who work closely with internal teams to establish their needs and expectations and then conceptualise and deliver design solutions that meet requirements.

What you’ll do
- Act as a custodian of our corporate brand, ensuring work reflects the established brand guidelines correctly and advising the business on how the brand can be used.
- Provide design support to the internal business as well as supporting our top strategic customer campaigns with bespoke messaging and visuals.
- Deliver a high-level consultancy role to business units – bringing creativity and innovation to problem solving and communicating a variety of messages.
- Be responsible for your own work schedule, ensuring briefs are taken and projects are delivered on time to high standards.
- Establish strong working relationships with internal teams to understand the challenges and objectives for individual projects.
- Advise internal customers on what is technically possible including the range and scope of the work and realistic timescales.
What you’ll need
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator – as well as strong PowerPoint skills.
- A strong ability to take a creative brief and translate requirements into design within the brand guidelines.
- Confidence to work with senior stakeholders within the business.
- Willingness to work with different media formats and to learn new skills.
- Demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to problem solving with attention to detail.
- Take ownership of deliverables and hitting deadlines, sometimes at short notice.
- Proven graphic design and communications experience working within a challenging commercial environment – preferably with a portfolio of recent work.
- Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new skills – the successful candidate will be expected to work across a variety of media so training to expand capabilities will be expected.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning and organising of multiple projects and deadlines.
