Our Role Requirement
Reporting directly to our Senior Designer we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic graphic designer, with a creative flare and a good eye for detail.

CogX Festival - The world's largest festival of inspiration, impact & change across Transformational Technologies. In the past 6 years the Festival has had over 1,000 speakers across each event, over 20,000 in-person attendees and over 850,000 online viewers of its 2021 edition. For 2022 coming out of the Pandemic we showcased 300+ speakers to 6,000 attendees across 20 inspiring topics from leadership to ethics to health and our planet and all addressing the question "How do we get the next 10 years right?".
Our previous world class speakers included Tony Fadell, John Kerry, Mary Robinson and Daphne Koller to name a few. Our community & alumni partners have an array of global organisations and include Google, Sony, Vice, Goldman Sachs, BBC, Barclays, ThoughtWorks, BT, NHS, Tesla, Warner Music Group, PWC and Microsoft. We are backed by the UK’s most successful investors.
You will be working within the wider CogX marketing team to brand build out our 2023 programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Your goal will be to create impactful designs that capture and promote our company vision.
- Create and update collateral - to include reports, invites, Powerpoint/SlideShows and digital assets for email, social campaigns, customised social media assets for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram – both paid and organic posts.
- Support the Design and Marketing team.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Up to three years of experience as a Junior Designer- Experience with design software - Figma, Photoshop, is a must. After effects would be advantageous
- Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
- Teamwork skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in Design or a related field
