Marketing and Graphic Design Roles - ALL LEVELS WELCOME TO APPLY
CellDerma is a clinical skincare brand experiencing phenomenal growth and thus needs people skilled in marketing and graphic design role to join our growing marketing team. As a start-up, you will be collaborating with all team members from our sister companies including our Founder and CEO, Dr Dev Patel. CellDerma has a strong ethos of transparency and we are focussed on avoiding any misleading language in our marketing. Any candidate joining us must have the same mindset, in addition to being proactive and passionate about our brand. You would relish the opportunity to exercise creative independence and influence the brand advertising/strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (preferred)
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
Experience:
· Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
· Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
· Experience with social media
Essential skills:
- Full Adobe suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro and After Effects
- WordPress or similar experience
- Good verbal and written communication
- Good analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
Key Attributes:

- Think creatively about innovative approaches to marketing
- Understand what makes a good online marketing campaign
Desired skills (for senior role):
- Paid ads experience with proven results
- Analytics experience
- Experience of using mass email and marketing automation applications
- Digital marketing work experience
- Video recording and editing
The senior roles may include but are not limited to:
- Developing and creating social media posts, campaigns and ensuring brand awareness
- Researching new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
- Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
- Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
- Develop content of marketing campaigns
- Stay up to date on current marketing trends
- Writing and despatching email marketing campaigns
- Conducting key word research and web statistics reporting
- Using web analytics software to monitor performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement
- Contributing to company and industry blogs
- Managing e-communications
- Keeping up to date with current digital trends
- Managing the contact database and assisting with lead generation activities
- Website management
