Join our vibrant and growing team as a Marketing Executive!
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team and help us take our brand to the next level. Based in our Stevenage head office, you'll have the opportunity to work with a team of passionate and driven individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
As a confident and capable marketing executive, you'll be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing plans and companywide branding across various digital channels, including email marketing, website content, blog editorial, graphics, social media, and video content creation. You'll also need some knowledge of KPI tracking via platforms such as Google Analytics.
We offer an attractive package, including a base salary of £25k - £30K (depending on experience), as well as an annual profit share bonus structure. We're looking for someone who is focused on growing and expanding the company as a brand via digital, print, and online outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all marketing and social media campaigns
- Manage and maintain Google advertising
- Maintain company branding across all platforms
- Design marketing materials such as leaflets, catalogues, display stands, etc.
- Prepare marketing material for print
- Conduct day-to-day general office activities and manage your time accordingly
- Keep your workspace tidy and professional

What we need from you:
- Proven experience in full Adobe Creative Cloud (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in marketing
- Knowledge of Google advertising, as well as monthly performance reports
- Experience with mailshot platforms, such as MailChimp
- Experience with all social media platforms
- Ability to provide a monthly performance report on each social channel
- Ability to create and execute a monthly content calendar
- Superb copywriting skills
- Coachable and willing to learn/listen
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
