About the Role
Ayurcann is seeking a graphic designer to design digital and physical marketing assets. The creative designer will work with the marketing manager and company partners to create marketing collateral, including but not limited to web design, print production, mock-up packaging, labels, catalogs, flyers, brochures, sales sheets, and digital web assets. The goal is to ensure that the marketing manager has the collateral needed to execute company initiatives.
A successful candidate will bring a desire to learn and improve throughout the process. As an emerging leader in the Canadian Cannabis space, Ayurcann is growing quickly and requires a designer to meet current and future design demands.
The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience working with numerous design platforms such as digital and print forms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media, and mock-ups.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- Portfolio of work

- Salary: $40,000
- Location: Pickering, Ontario.
