We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team based in Normanton. The role reports to the content marketing manager.
Principle responsibilities include:
- Deliver design projects whilst maintaining brand consistency according to group guidelines.
- Ensure strong stakeholder management to ensure projects are completed on time, in full and within budget.
- Support wider marketing projects as required.
Duties include:
- Create advertising content across owned websites, online advertising, social media, printed adverts, and in physical locations which adheres to company brand guidelines.
- Manage a brief from concept through to completion, ensuring it meets the required deadlines and meets the agreed criteria and style set out.
- Deliver impactful designs/content that elevates the brand or support a product campaign.
- Respond to a variety of design requests digital and print including: brochures, presentations, web content, videos, branding, promotional goods etc.
- Help develop and maintain consistent branding across various marketing channels.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative concepts.
- Help standardize our marketing through the creation of marketing packages and templates.
- Stay up to date with design industry developments and tools & make recommendations to the business.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines whilst maintaining communication, accuracy and attention to detail throughout.
- Liaise with external production teams, printers, and agencies to ensure deadlines are met to the highest quality.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and company objectives.
- Support wider stakeholders with creating colleague communications and external presentations.
- Implement project plans in line with the Director of Marketing/Head of Marketings requirements, and work with key stakeholders on the project needs of the Company, delegating specific tasks as needed.
- Ensure that work aligns with the goals and needs of the Company, adapting plans as needed.
- Work in an innovative fashion, striving for constant improvement at all times.
Skills/Experience:
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, in particular: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Experience in photography, motion graphics, animation, and video is desirable but not essential.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, in particular: PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience with Davinci Resolve is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrable portfolio of impressive design.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Excellent eye for detail.
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Competitive salary.
