What you will be doing
- Working with the wider Marketing team to ensure ARAG Group Corporate Design / Brand Guidelines are followed consistently and accurately both internally and by external suppliers.
- Produce and implement original and high-quality brand visuals for a wide range of marketing content, including producing and keeping the company’s literature updated, creating digital advertising, print collateral, emails, e-shots and social media. Maintain our digital assets in line with Group brand guidelines.
- Follow and develop design briefs/projects
- Present quality design that perfectly fits the brand and needs
- Deliver design projects on time and within brief
- Provide on-going support to internal or external customers on any queries, analysis or requests where creative expertise is needed.
- Take responsibility for own learning needs & objectives
- Work closely with colleagues to progress knowledge & skills base
Who we're looking for
- You’ve got at least two years’ experience as designer in your portfolio.
- You know how to create effective design for promotional materials ensuring that assets are on-brand, accurate and consistent.
- You have excellent knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint.
- You are able to respond quickly to multiple projects with strong time management skill.
- You are confident in taking the design brief and develop your project following the brand guideline, pay attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- You do not shy away from new tasks and enjoy taking on responsibility.
- You are curious, passionate, like exploring new ideas, finding solutions, share and collaborate with your team.
- You are driven to learn new technology that may help or improve your task result, and stay up to date with new trends, new tools, sources of inspiration.
Skills & Qualifications to be successful
- Self-starter with creative flare
- Organised, which helps to improve your time management and makes working in a team a lot easier and more effective.
- Confidence to take the lead on design projects and to propose new ideas and concepts
- Evidence of applying strong core design skills to a diverse range of online and offline projects
- Proven use and mastery of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint
- Successful candidates are likely to have circa 8 years’ experience as a designer, experience of web design and online marketing.
- A degree in design or related design qualification or marketing qualification would be an advantage
- Experience in software for animation (AE) or a keenness to learn would be an advantage, and it’s not essential.
