Job Details:
Graphic Design / Web Site
You will be involved in the design of graphic artworks for business, clothes/uniform boards, internal graphic design work, and helping with making businesses and schools' visions and ideas into visuals for them to confirm and sign off.
We are working with some amazing modern equipment (Direct To garment machines, embroidery machines and vinyl printing) and your expertise in illustrator/photoshop/corel will be used to help make files required for this machinery!
You will be also tasked with updating key parts and images of the website, looking at and setting up our social media presence!
Social Media!
We have a pretty non-existent social media presence.. and we are really looking to improve this, It would be great if you have some experience in this to help!
Admin / Office
As a small business, You will also be helping with all parts of the business, which will also include answering phones and assisting the business in other parts that might require your assistance. Flexibility means that you will get the opportunity to learn more and be involved in other parts of the business. This includes everything from helping the project managers to the web teams' customer service.
TIME:
You will be expected a minimum of 3 days a week (Monday - Friday), however, we are operational 7 days a week! so if you would like to work more there will always be work available we can be flexible about days and times and if you are looking for more there is plenty of work!
Computer Skills:
it is essential you have good/excellent experience with Illustrator, Other Adobe Programs would be a bonus as would Corel Draw Suite.
Good Computer Skills (microsoft Office applications) - ideally good use with excel and presentations would be a bonus but not essential.
Added bonus for those that are familiar with Photoshop also.
Experience:
We understand that this may be your first job in this type of roll, so we would be looking to see your design skills with the software packages mentioned above!. We are not looking for trained monkey's we prefer someone with their own flair and initiative to learn and develop their own design ideas.
You will be dealing predominantly in our office for the first period you will be initially:
PAY:
£10.00 - £11.20 p/h (after probation and dependent on previous experience and role)
