We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and engaging Graduate Travel Coordinator to join the team.

As Graduate Travel Coordinator, you will be enrolled in our Core Graduate Scheme. Within the role of Graduate Travel Coordinator you will be responsible for the following:
- Arranging and managing all travel requests through our internal travel system
- Booking the most cost effective flights, accommodation and car hire options available
- Work across varying platforms to arrange and find the best travel solution
- Distribution of all updates, confirmations and travel documents
- Following company procedures to maintain full records of all employee travel
- Resolving travel queries including last minute cancellations and updating with travel amendments
- Build good working relationships with all departments of the business
A degree level education within a Travel discipline is preferred.
- Possess a strong interest within the travel industry
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to build good working relationships with fellow team members and wider departments
- Strong experience with Microsoft packages including excel
- Possess a positive, can do attitude
