Graduate Trainee Construction Project Manager

We are looking for Graduates to join our Graduate Development Programme to kick start their career as a project manager.
Our award-winning two-year development programme includes varied rotations across different business functions and is designed to help you accelerate your future career path in project management within the construction and engineering sector.

OUR GRADUATE PROGRAMME
Our award-winning Graduate Programme (Princess Royal Training Awards 2021) offers a structured Project Management pathway. The scheme gives graduates the best opportunity to develop their technical Project Management skills and rotate across different departments.
Based in our FM Projects team, the Project Management Graduate will rotate across different placements to develop their wider understanding of the project lifecycle and apply their technical engineering skills to manage and deliver different projects. The graduate will develop both technical and soft skills over the course of the scheme, increasing knowledge in health & safety, site management, finance/procurement, people and project management skills. They will complete placements in our Project Management Office (PMO), Procurement, as well as spending time on site on healthcare, government, and educational contracts to manage projects.
The graduate programme duration is 24 months. Candidates must be prepared to be geographically flexible. With customer sites across the country, graduates may be expected to temporarily relocate to meet business requirements for their placements. We have major hubs in London, Hertfordshire, Kent, Oxford, Bristol, and the North West.
ABOUT YOU:
- A degree (2:1 or above) in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Strong teamwork skills, good ethics, and an inclusive approach to colleagues
- Most importantly, be prepared to get stuck in!
