Graduate/Trainee Business Analyst
Sapiens is an expanding global provider of software solutions for the financial services industry and we are looking for Graduate/Trainee Business Systems Analysts to join and grow with our team of talented software delivery experts.
Location: Cardiff Working model: Hybrid (flexible)
Please note that we are not offering Visa/Relocation Support
Our team who are based out of Cardiff Bay, mainly consist of Delivery Managers, Business Systems Analysts, Developers and Test Analysts.
We run a very successful - tried and tested in-house training programme with regular graduate intakes. Previous motivated and hard-working individuals joining our company have progressed from trainee to senior roles in less than 4 years.
We are all still mainly working from home at the moment so your training will take place remotely with additional face-to-face in Office sessions. It is therefore important that you live within an easily commutable distance from Cardiff.
What does a Sapiens Business Systems Analyst do?
Sapiens Business Systems Analysts are the primary liaison between our clients and our development centre. Working in project teams, they have responsibility for analysing and documenting the client’s requirements, ensuring the proposed solution meets the customer’s goals and objectives.
What skills/experience do you need?
- A Graduate degree (any degree with a strong element of Business & IT) or relevant business experience in an insurance/financial services organisation.
- An excellent team-worker.
- A good communicator.
- Somebody who has an enquiring mind and who looks for the bigger picture.
- A good problem-solver.
