SALARY: £30,000 RISING TO £35,000
UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION
OF YEAR 1
LOCATION: REMOTE WITH TRAVEL
TO CLIENT SITE
HOURS: 37.5 PER WEEK
GRADUATE
TECHNOLOGY
CONSULTANT
Support the delivery of client facing presentations,
workshops, authoring design documentation,
technical implementation, and the deployment of
solutions.
Development, configuration, integration, testing,
optimisation, implementation, and debug of
bespoke client solutions
Documentation of solutions to ensure support
teams and other consultants can participate in
support and onward development
Resolve technical issues and offer proactive
technical support where required
Working on assignments or as part of a wider team
on projects and programmes
Building relationships with client delivery teams
and helping create a collaborative, efficient positive
working environment
Developing project plans and ensuring delivery
adheres to risual’s engagement framework.
Support in the management of client project
budget and resource forecasting
Working with the Project team to support the
delivery of client engagements from risual’s
portfolio of projects
Ensuring quality throughout the delivery life cycle
of risual projects.
The Role Purpose
The Graduate Technology Consultant will sit in our
consulting team. From Technical wizards to strategic
thinking geniuses, our consulting teams work with
customers to support them in achieving their Cloud,
Business and Digital transformation goals.
Duties and Timeline of Scheme
The scheme provides an excellent balance between
practical hands-on working and time to learn and
develop.
During the hands-on aspect of the role the duties will
include:
Introduction to the risual business and its
functions
Completion of a Consulting skills
development curriculum leaning industry
relevant skills including:
Hands on practical experience in the
following consulting disciplines:
Over 150 days specifically dedicated to
learning, personal growth, and development
to include achieving:
Regular team building and social events with
other graduate scheme members.
Must hold or be able to successfully achieve
NPPV3 and SC Security clearance.
Able to evidence excellent customer service
skills.
Have a minimum 2:2 bachelor’s degree,
preferably in a STEM subject
Able to evidence exceptional communication
skills
An appetite to continually develop your skills
and career
Flair for solving problems and analytical skills
Passionate about innovation and technology
Committed to personal development both
inside and outside of working time.

and IT.
