Fees and Student Support Assistants

Grade UE04 £23,144 - £25,138

Open Ended

Full time

The role will initially involve hybrid working and a blend of customer service and system related work. Your enthusiasm and customer focus will be essential in dealing with a range of queries by telephone, email and in person. You will also have the ability to work effectively under pressure and ensure that deadlines are met.

Working as part of a small fast paced Fees and Student Support Team within Student Administration you will contribute to the delivery of an efficient service to applicants, students and university staff.

The Opportunity:

The post holder will be flexible, self-motivated and be able to manage multiple competing demands and deadlines. An ability to use initiative and be proactive is essential.

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Strong customer focus and proven ability to deliver consistent excellent service.
  • Experience of working in a busy environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office experience – especially Excel
