The role will initially involve hybrid working and a blend of customer service and system related work. Your enthusiasm and customer focus will be essential in dealing with a range of queries by telephone, email and in person. You will also have the ability to work effectively under pressure and ensure that deadlines are met.
Working as part of a small fast paced Fees and Student Support Team within Student Administration you will contribute to the delivery of an efficient service to applicants, students and university staff.
The Opportunity:
The post holder will be flexible, self-motivated and be able to manage multiple competing demands and deadlines. An ability to use initiative and be proactive is essential.

- Strong customer focus and proven ability to deliver consistent excellent service.
- Experience of working in a busy environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
- Microsoft Office experience – especially Excel
- Ability to use multiple systems for one enquiry
