Based in our Edinburgh office, as part of the Sustainability Team, you will join our structured Graduate Training Scheme where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop with the support of a mentor. You will be developed to reach your full potential with a career path for progression and support to achieve Chartered Engineer status.
As a Graduate Sustainability Engineer you will support our Sustainability team across a wide range of energy, carbon and built environment sustainability fields.
The role is both exciting and varied as every day will be different, you will be supporting our design teams across our 7 regional offices providing support on design evaluation and analysis across all industry sectors.
Our teams undertake the development of net zero carbon energy strategies, undertaking operational energy and carbon studies as well as thermal comfort, daylight and air quality analysis. You will be supported to undertake further training and development to enhance your current skills and knowledge to achieve recognised qualifications such as BREEAM Assessor.
Ideally you will have attained or will be due to graduate with a relevant degree and have knowledge and an interest in the Built Environment and Sustainability. You will be keen to expand your knowledge and have excellent IT and communication skills.
