MacKenzie King are excited to be working with a trusted client to further grow their team with the position of Graduate Support Analyst to aid in providing a first-class support service to a broad range of customers. This Graduate Support Analyst role is perfect with someone who has an inquisitive mind set, enjoys problem solving and delivering customer service at a very high standard. The role will see the successful Graduate Support Analyst candidate working to diagnose issues with software and clearly communicate solutions to clients. The Graduate Support Analyst candidate should be an enthusiastic person with a want to further their understanding of ERP systems and better support their customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist clients to solve user errors and software issues
- Answer clients’ “how to” queries
- Help clients make system process changes
- Interrogate and analyse client data
- Discuss improvements and updates to the software with our in-house Developers
- Test new product releases
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Have worked in customer service or have a technical background
- Be numerate with a good pass at GCSE or A Level Maths or equivalent qualifications
- Speak and communicate clearly
- Organise their workload well, escalating issues where necessary
- Investigate issues thoroughly
- Be ambitious with a thirst for learning
