We are looking for a Graduate Social Media Manager in our London studio to support the media, creative, digital & client services teams on client projects with day-to-day social media planning, activation, and content creation. The successful candidate will work closely with the internal teams to develop and execute social media activity for a range of clients and for The One Off’s own social channels, increasing online engagement and enhancing the brand.
The role would suit a recent graduate in a marketing-related degree, someone with a strong interest in social media who is the pulse of trends and opportunities on the major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter) for both B2B and B2C brands and campaigns.
Experience in managing social media accounts for businesses would be an advantage
Good initiative and a proactive approach are crucial within this role.

Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience managing social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring and responding to comments and messages
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to analyse and interpret data
- A social media native with knowledge of social media trends and the ability to surface learnings and insights to share with the wider agency team and clients
- Knowledge of marketing principles (ideally part of graduate studies) with an awareness of brands, proposition, promotion, customer & target audience segmentation, and the role of social media and channel marketing in a commercial context
- An interest in B2B marketing, and how social media can help to drive awareness within a market, drive engagement and consideration, and ultimately generate new business leads for an organisation
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and strategic thinking skills, with an eye for engaging content and basic knowledge of multi-platform content strategy
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards for all social media content.
