A great opportunity to break into an entry level IT role, working for a large corporate bank in the heart of London.
You’ll be starting from the ground up, looking to develop your personal career in IT, with no prior experience necessary. Couple that with the opportunity to work for a large corporate organisation with a great career prospects.
Your day to day tasks will include call management, logging incidents and handling IT queries such as password resets
Role Responsibilities:
- Call management of daily incidents and logging into the call management system.
- Daily incident logging whilst keeping documents updated.
- Supporting users by troubleshooting and diagnosing causes across Europe, Middle-East and Asia (EMEA).
- Contributing towards the maintenance and upkeep of the service desk.
- Security administration.
Key Skills:

- Strong Verbal and Written communication.
- An interest in IT nice to have but not essential.
- BTEC/A-Level in IT/ Computer Science nice to have but not essential.
