Graduate Sales & Marketing Assistant
Data Idols are a well-established Data Recruitment Agency based in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes. We’re a small and growing team that span across Recruitment, Sales, Operations and Events.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a tech passionate Graduate to fill our apprentice Sales and Marketing Assistant role. You will work with our dedicated Founder, Community Director and specialist Recruiters in our office based in Milton Keynes.
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will outreach warm sales targets delivering the very best in Customer Service. As the role develops, you’ll also be helping to create wider sales pipelines and campaigns. You’ll also be working on greenfield projects to support our Social Media marketing.
Skills and Experience
- Show a passion for the Tech Industry
- Be comfortable in a start-up environment
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Great communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Being able to adapt. As a startup, we are constantly proposing new ideas and implementing them
- Ambitious and looking to kick start their career
- 5 GCSEs, grade 4 +
- Based in or near Milton Keynes
What will you be doing?
- Shadowing and learning from Senior members of the teams
- Continuous research, creating a broad understanding of the ever changing and diverse industry
- Marketing and sales campaigns
- Sales planning and preparation
- Occasional site visits and client meetings
- Digital content creation
- Brand development and marketing
- Social media scheduling
- Using a Mac/Excel/PowerPoint/Word
- CRM training
- General administration duties
