We are looking for a recent graduate, who is passionate about connecting people with opportunities to advance their careers. The ideal candidate will enjoy sourcing and applying candidates to open positions and also be capable of engaging with candidates to find out their career goals. The successful candidate will work directly with a senior recruitement officer with that is engaged in improving the recruitment process and will have many opportunities for professional growth.
The ideal candidate will be between 18-25, who wants to be mentored and gain experience in recruiting (someone who is shifting to the recruitment industry is also welcome to apply). You will be paired with a senior recruiter, who will actively take interest in your development and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Find and recruit candidates for various positions.
- Provide applicants with feedback about their experience.
- Respond to candidates' queries and complaints.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
- Manage your stakeholders - you will be responsible for liaising between your candidates and clients to ensure you deliver a great service to both!
