YOUR ROLE
- Join Henkel’s Norden Recruitment team with the exciting opportunity as a Graduate Recruitment Assistant.
- This is a 12-months fixed term contract.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates and hiring managers at every stage of the process
- You are committed to playing a key role in Employer Branding and Social Media projects
- Participate in local recruitment events
- Collaborate cross functionally to provide support to our Adhesives, Beauty Care and Laundry & Home Care teams and functions
- Review our current Recruitment processes and support with process improvements
- Provide administrative support including but not limited to invoice management, writing job adverts, cv screening, scheduling interviews

YOUR SKILLS
- You should graduate (before September 2023 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related field
- Be passionate about working in a fast paced and vibrant environment
- Ability to work in a team
- Demonstrate initiative, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Hold excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage priorities
- Strong IT skills; excellent knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisation, and administration skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Full clean UK driving licence
Timelines for this recruitment process
- Initial applications open between 1st February – 3rd March but may close earlier if volumes are high
- If your initial application is successful, you will be invited to complete a video interview or receive a phone interview from the team
- If your phone/video interview is successful, you will be invited to a first stage interview at the end of March
