A distinguished global law firm based in central London is looking to hire a Graduate Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Graduate Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for the support and administration for the Graduate Recruitment team. This is a varied and challenging role which would suit a driven and proactive candidate.
The key duties will include:
- Coordination of graduate recruitment events and processes
- Creative marketing support
- Graduate Recruitment administration; offer paperwork (Interns, Summer Vacation scheme, Training Contract), Trainee onboarding, and other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Creating and maintaining key performance and diversity metrics
- Coordination of assessment centre logistics
- Point of contact for student enquiries
- Responsibility for overseeing all social media activity
- Support with the brand ambassador recruitment process and sponsorship of university societies
The Graduate Recruitment Administrator must have excellent organisational and communication skills as well as the ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment. The candidate will have an enthusiastic and can-do attitude and will be able to work on multiple projects with excellent attention to detail.
