Pedder is a family owned and run, high performing property company, with 9 branches across South East London. With our passion for property and aim to be South East London’s Premier Agent, we can offer careers in Residential Sales, Lettings, and Financial Services.
You will work with industry experts to learn the full process of a residential sale, let, or mortgage application. You will be responsible for your own pipeline, nurturing the deal from the point of contact to the point of exchange/completion. You’ll receive full training applicable to each step of the process, and pick up some key skills along the way.
We understand that starting your first job (or a job in a new industry) can be daunting. Our extensive experience in recruiting, training, and supporting Graduates means that we don’t require your degree subject to be relevant to the property industry, and don’t require you to have an extensive employment history. The package:
- OTE (on target earnings) for year one = £30,000-£35,000 (not limited to/approx.) – this amount is based on a basic salary of £18,000 + commission + fees + bonuses. We set achievable targets with realistic earning amounts.
- Generous commission structures on a sliding scale – this structure further rewards those who continue to meet their targets throughout the year! The commission banding is depending on your placement in either that sales or lettings division.
- Uncapped commission = uncapped earning potential – this means you could exceed your OTE.
- Guaranteed commission for 3 months (to support you whilst you find your feet)
- £1000 sign on bonus paid at month one
- £1000 bonus paid at the end of the first 12 months (subject to review)
- Internal and external training, and a commitment to long term professional development
- Paid technical exams and memberships (NAEA/ARLA/CeMAP) - we support you in gaining your professional qualifications which are an essential part of building your career in the property sector
- A company car for use in your own time as well as during working hours (work fuel covered)

Essential requirements:
- A full, clean driving license is essential.
- If you do not currently live in London, or you are not in a commutable distance of our offices, you will be required to relocate.
- A degree in any vocation.
- You must be available to start a full-time role from September 2023 – the start date for this role is 11/09/2023

Our Head Office is in Crystal Palace (SE19 1TX). We have 9 offices across South East London. Branch allocation will be confirmed upon allocation of your role/division (either Sales or Lettings).
