We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious graduate to join our successful bid winning team, as a Proposals Writer.

You will be responsible for producing high quality, pre-qualification documents that accurately demonstrate the business’s experience and expertise.

This is an exciting time to join our sector and our team, where no two days are the same and you can play an important role in helping us to achieve our vision of delivering smarter, greener infrastructure brilliantly.

Responsibilities include:

• Producing high quality responses within prescribed timescales
• Editing and re-structuring existing content and case studies to respond to client questions
• Maintaining an up to date content library
• Developing bespoke responses in conjunction with operations, Health & Safety, commercial, design, innovations and other key stakeholders
• Developing tender responses as required
• Monitoring client portals and distributing messages to the bid manager
• Monitoring portals including TED and CompeteFor for potential opportunities
• Developing and maintaining excellent internal relationships with key subject matter experts
• Ensuring compliance with in house governance processes

Interested?

If you can demonstrate previous experience of producing high quality documents, are able to understand technical information to then provide clear and concise responses pre-qualification questions, along with having fantastic communication skills, enjoyment of working in a fast paced environment and a full valid driving license, then we would love to hear from you.

It would be ideal if you have a degree in the any of the following - English, Journalism or Business - this is preferred but not essential.
