Creative Support’s Property Service Team is a strong team with a great spirit. We wish to recruit an administrator to work as part of our team working from the centre of Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity to get experience working for a national not-for-profit housing provider in a busy office environment.
The administrator will have a varied role and will be an important support to the functions of Property Services, including the Repairs and Property Management Helpdesk.
In order to fulfil this varied role, you will need to be proactive, well organised and able to work quickly to offer solutions to often urgent property related issues. You will be mathematically competent, IT literate and be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Experience is not essential but a can do attitude and positive approach is necessary.
All applicants should have a strong and genuine interest in Creative Support’s activities. Our pleasant and friendly Head Office is based in the centre of Stockport close to transport links.
