As Project Manager + Customer Success Manager, you will be the glue of our
business, helping us to achieve positive results for our clients, delegates and partners. As anyone who has ever run a large scale event knows, they’re complex beasts with lots of moving parts. After a great period of triple digit year-on-year growth, we need a highly organised and proactive person to ensure the event is delivered smoothly and efficiently and to the satisfaction of our commercial partners. The deadlines come thick and fast in the run up to the show and this person must demonstrate an ability to remain calm under pressure, hit key
deadlines and help ensure clients get the most out of their investment. They’ll also lead a VIP recruitment programme focused on attracting high value brand attendees at the show.
Responsibilities include:
- Day to day contact for your assigned sponsors, providing them with all information
- needed in line with their contract and ensuring that deliverables are met (e.g. ticket
- allocations, content deadlines)
- Ensuring clients provide all required artwork for their activations, content for their
- speaking sessions, and all other parts of their partnership in line with the provided
- deadlines highlighted within the Event Manual
- Communicating progress updates to the client and the commercial team
- Highlighting any risks or issues with the client or delivery of their partnership at the first
- possible opportunity to the team and, if necessary, to the client
- Leading a VIP recruitment programme for brand and agency marketing leaders with the
- specific aim of boosting the number of brand attendees at our event via one-to-one
- marketing (email, Linkedin) and partnerships with external organisations. You will be
- required to identify leaders who would be eligible to be part of the VIP programme and
- pitch the event to them and their teams.
- Leading a retention strategy for key VIPs to boost attendance of key brands
- ‘Owning’ key relationships and ensuring that complex activations are as successful as
- possible and delivered in a way that instils confidence in clients
Key skills/attributes:
- Highly organised with a close attention to detail for the minutiae of sponsor deliverables
- Strong project management abilities in a fast paced environment in which there are lots
- of moving parts
- An ability to manage large volumes of content and understand and communicate artwork
- guidelines to customers. Whilst you don't need to be a designer, being able to spot
- issues with artwork is essential
- Team work! We are a small team and we need someone who will support key staff
- during intense periods. Sometimes that means all hands to the pump and helping team
- members in other departments to deal with pressing issues.
Hours/holidays
35 hours per week. This may increase during show times. 25 days annual leave + pension.
Location
London Bridge + remote. We operate a flexible working policy. You will be required to be in the office a minimum of once a week unless you have agreed otherwise.

Salary: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
