More about your role

This role is part of our 2023 graduate programme, known internally as our Emerging Talent programme. As our Graduate Project Manager, you'll support with our developments production team by working on the delivery strategy for a project and assisting the Project Manager and Production Director in day-to-day tasks.

You will be involved in procurement strategy, liaison and negotiation with contractors and then once a contractor is appointed you will support the team in the management of the contractor throughout scheme delivery through to completion.

The start date for this role is 18th September 2023 which will include a week-long induction.

The two-year programme will support you to develop the core skills, behaviours and technical ability to develop into a Project Manager.

This role takes the hybrid approach and will require you to work at our Gray's Inn Road office in London for two days a week along with site visits between London, Milton Keynes & Birmingham for the remainder.

More about you

You'll be educated to a graduate-level with a degree, and this could be within a related specialism such as construction, surveying or project management.

Ideally we would like the successful candidate for this role to have a construction background and be able to hit the ground running building relationships with key stakeholders by having an outgoing and influential character.
