Job description
We are seeking to appoint a Graduate Programme Administrator to join the small and friendly Faculty
administrative team. Based at the Middle East Centre (MEC), this role will provide support for two of the
Faculty’s largest graduate degree programmes, the MPhil and MSc in Modern Middle Eastern Studies (MMES).
This will include every stage of student administration, from admissions to on-course queries and examination
processes.
This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge of a range of processes and regulations, as well
as to interact and help students with a variety of queries, and to support the Course Director in their broader
MEC activities.
The successful candidate will be able to evidence excellent organisational and IT skills, initiative and problem-
solving abilities. The ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders is essential, along with
accuracy, attention to detail and discretion. For further details of the requirements for the role, please see the

The post holder will be based at the Middle East Centre, St Antony’s College, and is part-time (0.5 FTE). In
