Job description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced person to join our CAMHS Service as a Receptionist/ Admin Support to assist in the delivery of a wide range of services to the children and young people of South Derbyshire.
You will be based at Temple House, Mill Hill Lane, Derby DE23 6SA.
37.5 hours per week.
Majority of the hours will be 9:00 - 17:00 hours Monday to Friday
Shift 8:00 am to 16:00 hours or 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm to cover evening clinic.
Cover will be required in our other CAMHS Bases to cover sickness or annual leave:
Century House, 100 Nottingham Road, Long Eaton, Nottingham NG10 2BZ
Dale Bank View, Civic Way, Swadlincote, Derby, DE11 0AD (infrequently)
Rivermead, Goods Road, Belper, Derbyshire DE56 1UU
Ripley Resource Centre, 1st Floor, 17-23 Grosvenor Road, Ripley, Derbyshire DE5 3JE on Monday 9:00 - 17:00 hours.
We are looking for a highly motivated, friendly, outgoing, reliable and flexible person to join our receptionist/admin support team.
Applicants will need the confidence and experience to be able to deliver a high quality front of house reception/admin support service, including
the greeting of clients to our premises, dealing with a wide range of telephone callers and working as part of a team delivering an excellent
support service to our CAMHS clinical teams and their clients.
Experience of multi-tasking in a busy office environment is required.
We are looking for a team player with a pleasant, welcoming manner and the ability to prioritise conflicting workload demands.
You will have good communication and organisational skills, together with IT skills (Word and Outlook essential), to be able to work with the
general public both in person and on the telephone in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
