Role overview:
The Account Manager will support the completion of various aspects of program and commercial tasks within Lear for Renault Nissan Europe business. Support the program and account managers with a variety of tasks and support all commercial / program activity at various stages (RFQ, serial production). Manufacturing facilities are based in the UK & France (some occasional travel maybe required)
This job will be based in Coventry, UK
Main Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of the program and account managers to own and complete various program and commercial tasks leading to the successful delivery and maintenance of the current and future programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation, to support the program and account managers with the status of each program, utilizing the Lear web-based systems and Nissan and Renault web portals
- Support the managers to ensure that the program and commercial deliverables are completed in line with Lear’s program management systems.
- Support commercial / program activity at various stages (RFQ, serial production). Assisting with quote preparation, commercial and program presentations, service quotation prep, financial reporting, etc.
- Assist with a small amount of admin tasks as required. Meeting bookings, documentation updates, office admin, etc
- The role may require occasional travel within the UK and Europe.
Key skills and Qualifications:
- Further education qualification (degree or similar) in technical / business related subject.
- Would suit a new graduate / candidate looking for further experience
- A general understanding of engineering, program and commercial processes within a design and manufacturing environments.
- Good knowledge of excel / Microsoft office software.
- Confident in presenting data in a clear, concise power point format.
- Language skills a bonus (French).
