More about your role
This role is part of our 2023 graduate programme, known internally as our Emerging Talent programme. As our Graduate Portfolio Insights Analyst within the Transformation Office, you'll take a key role in providing project support, oversight and clarity on key transformation projects.
This is a new role within the GTO, as the team grows we want to ensure our leaders to have full transparency into the progress, success and ongoing benefits of projects. You'll support the team to create the tools and processes to make this a reality for the future.
The two-year programme will support you to develop the core skills, behaviours and technical ability to develop into a Portfolio Insights Analyst.
The start date for this role is 18th September which will include a week long induction based from our office in Leeds.
Places for People is a large and complex organisation and deals with large amounts of data in different formats across the business. Your role will delve into the success of projects across the business to provide clarity and rigor on what exists and how this is managed.

More about you
You'll be educated to a graduate-level with a degree within a related specialism such as IT, Business Management, Project Manager or similar. The successful candidate will be supported with a thorough and detailed training package, therefore a particular academic history isn't preferred. The successful candidate must have a willingness to learn and develop the new skills.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind. You'll want to get stuck in and not be afraid to challenge and change systems, processes and application that don't meet their full potential and requirements. Striving to do the right thing not the easy thing!
Academic experience utilising systems, data languages or insights tools.
