More about your role

This role is part of our 2023 graduate programme, known internally as our Emerging Talent programme. As our Graduate PMO Analyst you will join our transformation office ensuring the continuous delivery of benefits within a large range of projects.

The start date for this role is 18th September 2023 which will include a week long induction based from Leeds.

The two-year programme will support you to develop the core skills, behaviours and technical ability to pursue a future career as a Benefits Analyst or a wider project management role.

This role will offer exposure to all areas of our business working on varied projects. You'll be tasked in understanding the benefits that different projects can offer, including savings in cost and time and improvements in quality of processes and customer experience. Once you've identified these benefits you'll ensure that project is kept on course to delivery and beyond. The Group Transformation Office works on multi million pound projects on an annual basis and you'll benefit from exposure to these.

More about you

This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind. You'll want to get stuck in and not be afraid to challenge and change systems, processes and applications that don't meet their full potential and requirements.

You'll be educated to a graduate-level with a degree within a related specialism such as data, project management or similar.

Striving to do the right thing not the easy thing! You'll be encouraged to take ownership of your own projects workload and whilst you'll get the support of the team, the opportunity to have the autonomy to make decisions should excite you.

You'll put People First, delivering excellent customer experience and service to our internal colleagues. Acting as an ambassador for both the transformation office and the Emerging Talent Programme.

This role is suitable for applications from across the UK with home working being seen as a norm.
