For this opportunity, Arup can support applicants in obtaining a Skilled Worker visa. Any offer we make will be conditional upon your visa application being approved.
As a Cost Manager in this wider integrated Advisory team, you will get the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and programmes in a wide range of sectors and at all stages of the project lifecycle from feasibility right through to financial closeout at completion of construction. We provide our clients with solutions to their complex requirements which we meet through the successful delivery of our projects and programmes.
For this opportunity, we are seeking a graduate consultant into the Cost Management team in Birmingham with the following qualifications, skills and attributes:
- A degree that is RICS accredited and surveying-based (essential)
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally
- Great reasoning and analytical skills
- Demonstrate initiative and a creative approach to problem solving
- Ambition to further your professional development and work towards achieving Chartership
What we're looking for:
We're looking for graduates with curiosity, personal drive, design flair and technical knowhow. If you can combine these skills with an understanding of (or willingness to learn about) and a desire to deliver excellent services for clients, we'd like to hear from you.
You should be available to start this opportunity in September 2023
