Your responsibilities
You will be instrumental in delivering analytical insights to PR & Communications professionals across a range of industries. Your main tasks include:
Creating and delivering regular reports using data obtained through traditional and social media analysis techniques- Communicating with clients, including responding to report queries, presenting insights and making data-driven recommendations
- Analysing complex datasets and summarizing key trends and observations in a concise and intuitive way
- Maintaining the quality of data in reports by briefing and collaborating with analysts
- Designing live analytics applications, overseeing their setup and creating digital dashboards
Your Profile
- You have a degree in journalism, communications or social sciences
- You have a high affinity for data and you enjoy dealing with complex data structures, learning new processes quickly
- You have good verbal skills and the ability to summarise complex topics in a way that is appropriate for the target group
- You work in a structured manner and have analytical thinking skills
- You are experienced in using Excel and PowerPoint and enjoy learning how to use new tools and technologies
