Your responsibilities
Be a part of one of our exciting projects in the UK. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to their studies as a Mechanical Engineer to join our project in Leeds.
The overall target of the position:
- Graduate Engineering Roles straight from University or Similar technical stream. E.g., NVQ 6 or higher.
- Will be responsible for small tasks or work packages.
- Duties include, supervision of works, monitoring, reporting, inspections.
- General site duties as required to support the project.
- Participate in Training & Development activities.
Your responsibilities
- A commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ)
- Collaborates within site and project teams
- Keeps the Site Manager and their mentor informed of all site-related activities
- Adheres to existing working practices and methods, undertake relevant training and development activities and then respond positively to new and alternative systems
- Maintains confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines
- Understand and comply with HZI environmental policies
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities within the overall function as necessary
- Will take and hold relevant qualifications E.g., CITB, SSSTS, SCC, Safepass (ROI), CSCS or CCNSG card or equivalent
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications
- Participate and manage your Personal Training & Development program
Your experiences
- BEng (Hons) in Engineering
- Minimum NVQ level 6 with ability to move to NVQ 8 or higher
- Degree must be recognised by relevant National Chartered Body
- Solution orientated
- Good communicator - written and spoken skills
- Ability to present ideas effectively
- Flexible and ambitious
- Organised
- Keen learner and self-motivated
- Full clean Driving license
