We're building a scalable, high performing platform for our customers. And we're looking for Marketing Graduates with an interest in digital, social media to join us on our mission.

At Wise you'll work on challenging technical problems across the full product life-cycle and you'll build great products for our customers by contributing data-driven analysis and insights.

How you'll contribute to our Marketing team:

• This role is a unique opportunity to join a team who have done some pretty awesome stuff to date, including working on pilot new measurement techniques, delivering best-in-class creative and building bespoke tools to manage and analyze data
  
• Building and optimizing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, Google, Bing, Apple Search Ads & other platforms, analysing what's working and what isn't, and continually testing new ideas
  
• Owning the activity in specific markets, validating new opportunities to drive growth and working closely with cross-functional teams to make it happen

• Working closely with our creative team to produce cutting edge content (ads, video, landing pages) to get our story across

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Experience radical levels of ownership and empowerment within your role and to see the direct impact of your work on our customers
  
• Be flexible in how and where you work. We understand everyone needs a little something different – so we'll do our best to make it happen
  
• Travel to work with our teams in different locations. You'll also meet various partners and organizations when needed
  
• Inspire teams with your ideas, knowledge and self-starting attitude

What does it take?

• You are a final year student studying a Bachelors or Masters degree, graduating in 2022 or 2023
  
• You are able to start a full time graduate job on the 4th of September 2023
  
• A self-started side project(s) that you are proud to talk about
  
• An entrepreneurial spirit, willing to get your hands dirty and learn on the go

• Team player with a drive to help other people

• A head for numbers, and the ability to draw conclusions from data

• Understanding of social media and search, and their impact and reach

• Strong communicator with the ability to prioritise what's most important
  
• You are open to and value feedback in order to improve

And these would be great, but aren't essential:

• A second language is highly appreciated but not essential, if you speak German and/or Japanese, that is certainly an advantage!

In your first 6 months:

• You'll onboard and spend some time understanding your team and tribe's vision. Once you know this, you'll better understand how you can contribute
  
• Understand the Wise domain
  
• Understand the problems your team are solving
  
• Understand how marketing works at Wise and what each team and tribe does. From PR and Comms through Performance Marketing to Product Marketing
