Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office standards, productive and business growth
- Supervise and lead a team of office staff, providing guidance and support
- Handle client complaints with professionalism and excellent etiquette
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all offices, ensuring smooth workflow
- Familiarity with legislation updates
- Develop and implement training programs for office staff to enhance skills and productivity
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of property management procedures is a plus
