More about your role

This role is part of our 2023 graduate programme, known internally as our Emerging Talent programme. As our Graduate Marketing Executive you'll become a key part of the Place Leisure Marketing team.

The start date for this role is 18th September which will include a week long induction.

The two-year programme will support you to develop the core skills, behaviours and technical ability to develop into a Marketing Executive with a specialism within the leisure industry.

As a Graduate Marketing Executive, you will work with several leisure sites across the UK helping them to create active places and healthy people. You will assist management with the implementation of marketing and promotions plan across our preferred channels. The role will equip you with the skills to support and implement site marketing requests, offering advice on appropriate marketing approach and channels to meet business needs. You will develop and maintain a content library of products to support promotional activities. As you grow in confidence your role will grow in complexity.

This will be a hybrid role; whereby you will be given the opportunity to work from home although you will still be required to regularly come into the Camberley office.

More about you

You'll be educated to a graduate-level with a degree within a related specialism such as Marketing, Communication, PR or similar.

You'll be an enthusiastic, creative, self-starter and be excited by the opportunity to use your skills to the test within an operating environment. You may have experience within either an academic or personal setting of using marketing channels, both traditional, social, and digital.

You'll be a confident communicator with the ability to share your ideas, opinions and provide a critical friend approach to colleagues ensuring all marketing materials are in line with Places Leisures' customer base.
