The Role
What You’ll Do
- Conduct market and trend analysis
- Research and analyze marketing channels (including digital marketing, conferences, publications, events)
- Project manage and plan local and international events (including end-to-end execution from strategic selection of events to logistics and attendance)
- Content creation for digital and printed marketing collateral
- Provide day to day assistance in executing marketing activities: email, social media, website, CRM
- Plan and track marketing campaigns and strategies
- CRM data management and reporting
- Supporting the team with administrative responsibilities as needed
- Content creation for press activities (including drafting press releases and drafting responses to editors)
Requirements
- University degree
- Background in healthcare/ life sciences/ pharmaceuticals is highly preferred
- Proactive and highly detailed oriented
- Experience simultaneously handling multiple priorities and projects
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Some experience in digital marketing is a plus (SEO, GoogleAds)
- CRM experience (Hubspot is a plus)
- Highly organised with ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
