The role will suit an experienced manager looking to advance their career while looking after a modern campus receiving significant investment. To manage the Graduate + award, and provide comprehensive project support to the Director for Education Development Service and a range of stakeholders, both internal and external in the co-ordination, development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of the BCU Graduate+ programme. The role will impact positively on student engagement and retention, student satisfaction and employment outcomes through an enhancement approach that is rigorously assured through tracking and assessment of data outcomes. The role will proactively engage with academic and professional services colleagues, and external partners, to develop a fully embedded credit-bearing award across all Faculties linked to the newly developed Teaching and Learning Enhancement Strategy. Managing office staff in the organisation and delivery of one to one tutorials, group sessions and events programmes throughout the year. A flexible approach will be required in a rapidly changing environment.
