Our graduate management training scheme will provide you with opportunities to develop your skills and experience in a range of university departments. You will undertake a minimum of three work placements where you will contribute to operational and project activities. You will gain an inside view into the University’s management and business processes and will be supported to develop your skills via our internal Leadership and Management programme. A key aspect of your training will see you working alongside a diverse range of stakeholders, internal and external facing.
We are seeking two Graduate Management Trainees who hold, or are expected to gain, at least a 2:1 in a first degree in any subject obtained in the last five years. You will have an interest in the Higher Education sector and be willing to show initiative and flexibility in your approach to work.
There are 2 positions available. These positions are offered on a fixed term contract for 18 months from 1 September 2023 until 1 March 2025, and you must be eligible to work in the UK for the duration of the scheme. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours per week).
