Job Description:As a member of the Product Implementation team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for undertaking the business analysis for Mortgage Loan Origination System (LOS) product. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and French.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform mortgage/consumer lending requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation tasks as required based on customer needs.
A Business Analyst will gain expertise of the NetOxygen software product and toolset, be able to elicit business requirements from the customer, and create written functional requirement specifications to ensure delivery of a sound and quality software product that meets individual client needs while maintaining product salability and architectural standards. Additionally, this position will provide product support to project management, development, quality assurance, sales, and production support teams.
Travel to customer site is required, as part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate Loan Origination System (LOS) product functionality and business architecture.
- Work with project stakeholders to elicit business requirements and ensure the implementation complies with user and business specifications.
- Analyze and thoroughly document business needs of customer.
- Act as the liaison among stakeholders to encourage innovation for process improvements and system enhancements that result in increased automation, productivity, satisfaction, and data consistency.
- Ensure business requirements are complete and proper approvals are obtained.
- Work with onsite and offshore development teams during construction process to provide guidance and ensure business requirements and functional specifications are followed.
- Assist QA team during testing efforts to ensure business requirements are fulfilled.
- Provide training/mentoring to peers and clients as required.
- Participate in production system roll out at customer site.
- Help develop business/systems training materials, RFI/RFP responses, POC and presentations as requested.
- Communicate with other Business Analysts to understand interdependencies of all projects.
- Constantly look at ways and means to bring more discipline and rigor to the Business Analysis function by adopting more structured methodologies and tools.
- Work with the Domain Consultants/Practice Heads to develop solutions/frameworks for industry pain-points and developing trends.
- Drive demystification, point of view on topical subjects through contribution and authoring of thought/white papers.

- 6 Years Experience
- MBA with specialization in Risk Management desired
- Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio)

Salary: $65,007.84-$90,519.21 per year
