Job description
We are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources (HR) department by managing and administrating our security and vetting processes for new and existing employees.

The role
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative HR support to the business
- Maintaining HR processes, in particular our security and vetting practices, to ensure effective and efficient delivery
- Resolving more complex vetting queries with the support of the HRBP
- Inputting of personal and vetting data to the HR system ensuring 100% accuracy
- Ensuring data protection of sensitive information and employee data at all times.
Experience & Skills required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Vetting and onboarding experience, including managing volume vetting. We would take special interest in someone with higher level vetting knowledge i.e. bundles, CTC/SC.
- The ability to multi-task and manage different vetting bundles at different stages of the process.
- Experience of administrating HR processes and maintaining them (understanding the importance of this).
- Good attention to detail, be efficient, methodical, customer focused, proactive and able to build good working relationships.
